Ordering from a.l.scarlett ceramics
As a.l.scarlett ceramics are all handmade stoneware, the time needed to prepare will vary depending if we have the item in stock or will be made at time of order. Ceramics can take 3 weeks if they are Made to Order. Please bear this in mind when ordering and contact us if you need the item by a certain time so we can set expectations. 

You will be notified by email once item has been dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility if the courier is late delivering the item. 

Customs and import taxes
It is the customer's responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your place of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur. 

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and will be from 0-33lb, depending on location of delivery. If your order is above your location's weight at checkout, then you will need to do a separate order for the remaining pieces or contact us for other shipping options. If you have any questions in regards to delivery, please get in touch.
